This hotel was really, really good. We got room 401 which was a city facing room with a balcony so amazing views and great looking at the busy city and people going by early morning and till late at night😍🤩😍 Everyone on reception was really nice, special shout out to the girl with the curly hair, thank you🙌🏼 the hotel itself is really clean, fresh and modern. The bathroom was small but It was fine and clean so wasn’t an issue. The room is spacious, plenty of space to get ready and the tv has you tube on it so could listen to music. The hotel is in a brilliant area, 10 min walk from the train station and tram right outside to Rotkin which is also a nice area. As well as the area round the corner has lots of nice bars, restaurants and shops at the other side too. Everything from the hotel is walking distance. Overall had a brilliant time here and would definitely return to this hotel.

We ate in the restaurant , the service was rather lacking in service and very slow. I ordered the eggs benedict which were were served luke warm . The staff here seemed totally uninterested in the customers. This is in the main tourist area, so we should have known better.

The Restaurant is lovely every open and very bright, but the service is so slow my partner and I came in sat down, someone came over straightaway and took our drink order and our food order witch was great, our starters come out fine, that’s where things went wrong, from getting our starters we waited over 30 minutes, for our mains when other tables that had come in after us had got their mains, when we asked where they were one of the waiters said that there was a glich in the system ( funny how everyone else’s had come out but ours), we ordered a second round of drinks and they never turned up. As I said at the start lovely open restaurant but needs to improve on the service.

We received not the room as advertised as it faced the city but opposite of picture above a McDonald’s and Burger King. Room was dirty with hair in the bed and a dirty towel. Lovely front desk lady moved us immediately and apologized she was fantastic. We booked one night and were coming back on the weekend for another 3 nights. The front desk lady asked us to speak with the manager after walking around. The manager went on the refund us for the room difference, instead of apologizing she said housekeeping said the room was clean. She went on to say when we return on the weekend they cannot guarantee us a proper city facing room . She had all the ability in the world to save the business and the experience but choose not to. We went on to cancel our weekend stay and move to another hotel close by. The experience from there was different right from the start and noticeable. The hotel I would suggest is good for a night . The cleanliness of the room should be very important and your staff should be able to recover especially when the error is so obvious .

Staff attentive, busy but service was excellent and the food turn around was exceptionally quick. Excellent atmosphere that caters for all ages, with families and couples spent Worth a stop for lunch. The roasted goats cheese salad with honey and walnuts was exceptional.
